He is survived by: his wife Connie S Collet-Gaffney; his children, Cheryl Copeland (Dennis), Leonard Gaffney III, Raymond Jerome Gaffney, Aaron Patrick Collet and Amber Lyn Collet; his grandchildren, Diondra, Breanna, Raeshaun, Cora, Marcellus, Connor, Noah, Benjamin, Ryan and Maximus; his sister-in-law Lisa Baltes (Jeff); and his close friends, Charles, Edie Wright, Bay Bonner, Donald Jackson (Gloria) and Herman Dixon (Linda). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (1404 Goodale Blvd #200, Columbus, OH 43212) in Len's memory.
