He is survived by: his wife Marianne Bailey; his daughter Susan Elizabeth Bailey; his brother Edward G. Bailey (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Edward G. Bailey III (Stephanie), Dr. Elizabeth Bailey Magrino (Tom), David Taylor (Gail), Michael Taylor, Timothy Taylor (Connie) and Tobbi Timms (Gary).
