She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskel Long and Mable Pennington; her husband John Coston; and her sister Ruth Todd. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Eichbaum (Jack) and Raymond Shepherd (Kim); her grandchildren, Ciara Herring (James), Taylor Shepherd (Scotty), Brianna Waddell (Austin), Justyn Eichbaum (Madi), Angela Goicoechea (Mike) and Julia Gennocro; and her great grandchildren, Kaysen of James, Legend, Ike, Acelyn, Michael and Sophia. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A burial will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at the Woodland Cemetery (118 Woodland Ave, Dayton, OH 45409).
