She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer C. Horn and Janet L. Horn (Stager); her daughters, Chrissy Smith and Rebecca Rhea; and her brothers, Donald and Benjamin Horn.

She is survived by: her son Richie Rhea; her grandchildren, Josh, Richie Jr., Diamond and Michael; and her siblings, Gale Kilbarger (Chuck), Debra Ashley (Gary) and Wilmer Horn II (Ronda). She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
