She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Hicks; and her parents, James Medlock and Jenny Medlock. She is survived by: her children, Jesse Hicks, Heather Mays (Tony) and Jeffrey Hicks (Jessica); her sister Leslie Garrett; and her nieces, Ashley Garrett and Melissa Lindsey (Joe).
