She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Young and Miriam Young; her husband Frank W. Ruse; her former husband Joseph S; her sister Janice R. Huff; and her niece Pamela Marie Huff.
She is survived by: her children, Pattie, Ron McCroson, Randy, Jennifer Glasgow, Karen and Mike Weaver; her grandchildren, Whitney, Chuck Malone, Andrew, Morgan McCroson, Maggie McCroson, Garret Ecoffey, Kyle Tieman, Brittany, Joe Elam, Nick, Hali Glasgow, Josh, Stephanie Weaver, Kameron Weaver and Samantha Hornberger; her great grandchildren, Connor, Emma Malone, Ryder McCroson, Alexandria, Isabelle Tieman and Charlie Elam; her brother-in-law Fred P. Huff; her sister Carma (Mark Dougherty); and her niece Michelle Dougherty (Luis Enrique Mendoza).
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel (5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
