He was predeceased by: his mother Idella Hall; his wife Luella; his siblings, John, Wanda and Dixie; and his nephew Larry Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Ruxer, Sandra Dunlevy (Bill), David R. Hall and Jeff Hall (Michelle). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
