He is survived by: his brother Ozell Foward (Faye); his children, Lori Brown, Shawn Smith (LaNise), Sonya Foward, Shemeka Foward and Sheton Foward-Smith; and his grandchildren, Taiyisha Foward, Shyanne Smith, Massiyah Smith, Ronnaye Brown, Brentaye Alexander, Reneka Taylor, Shawn Smith Jr., Sheraton Smith, Keshawn Smith, Khalid Smith, Dayshawn Smith, Drayshawn Smith, Armonie Smith, Jordan LeBlanc, Justin LeBlanc and Lamaiah Redmond. He is also survived by other loving relatives, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc. (2107 N Gettysburg Ave, Dayton, OH 45406). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
