It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucille Lewis (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Adams and Laura Marie Adams (Dillions); her sons, Jerry (Nicole Douglas) and Danny (Michelle); her husband Roudolph Lewis; and her brothers, Rev. William P., RJ, Charlie Leon and Jesse Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Laura Marie (Johnson), Mary Catherine and Dwayne; her grandchildren, Craig, Daniel, Everett, Tyrone of Kelly, DJ, David, Chris, Danyelle, Khristina and Kristin; her great grandchildren, Jasiah, Micah and Nasir; and her sisters, Jessie Mae Jefferson (late LeRoy) and Mary Ann Carpenter (late Martin Sr.). She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
