She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Adams and Laura Marie Adams (Dilions); her children, Jerry (Nicole Douglas), Danny (Michelle) and JoAnn (Dare); her husband Rudolph Lewis; and her siblings, Rev. William P., RJ, Charlie Leon, Jesse Ray and Minnie Mae Wilson (late Edward).
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Laura Marie (Johnson), Mary Catherine and Dwayne; her grandchildren, Craig, Daniel, Everett, Tyrone of Kelly, DJ, David, Chris, Danyelle, Khristina and Kristin; her great grandchildren, Jasiah, Micah and Nasir; and her sisters, Jessie Mae Jefferson (late Leroy) and Mary Anne Carpenter (late Martin Sr.). She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
