She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Cusick and Bessie Cusick; her aunt Louise (Gerald Buckley); her siblings, Eva Horne, Robert Cusick and Clyde Cusick; and her grandson Aaron J. Breeding.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christopher Rayburn, Emily Huhn (Tanner), Braden Asbury, Courtney Breeding, Mike Salmons (Margo), Natosha Reno (Chris), Alysha Maurer, Brandi Burcham (Kurtis), Ritchie Burns (Samantha), Jerry Asbury Jr. (Jeanette), Jenna Kear (Jordin), Aubrey Asbury, Hannah Asbury, Ashley Landis, Kaylee Maples, Ashley Maples, Louden Maples, Drew Maples, Aliviya Ferguson (Jordan) and Jadyn Gumm; her siblings, Carol Hartman and Larry Cusick (Brenda); and her daughter Terrilynn Vaughn. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren.
