He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Bethany Clack. He is survived by: his wife Estelle; his children, Sonja Williams (James) and Edward Clack (Amy); and his grandchildren, Jacob Williams, Joshua Williams, Abigail Clack, Jane Williams and Caleb Clack.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Salvation Army Kroc Center (1000 N Keowee St, Dayton, OH 45404).
Major Peter Joseph Clack, 80, was Promoted to Glory on November 9, 2025, at the Hospice of Dayton after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease with Dementia.
