She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Kaplans and Valentina Kaplans (Bucharina); her husband Roman Czapla; and her sons-in-law, Jonathan Farris, Dion Adams and John Lorenz.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta "Lori" Adams, Theresa Farris, Angela Zechar (Randy), Gary Czapla (Suzanne) and Roman "Nick" Czapla (Karen); her grandchildren, Jakki Phipps (Jeremy) and Tyler Zechar; and her great grandchildren, Rhyatt and Zahara Phipps. She is also survived by her extended family & many good friends.
