She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wilbert Sr., Eunice Anderson, Elizabeth Smith and James Smith Sr.. She is survived by: her parents, James Smith and Susan Smith; her sister Valerie Smith-Scott (Romona); her nephews, Todd Bailey (Mayra) and TreVaughn Bailey; her great-nieces, Sofia Bailey, Nina Bailey and McKayla Ramone; and her pet Mittens. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
