He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Knobby" Cruse and Juanita Cruse (Fessler); and his cousin Jack Cruse. He is survived by: his cousins, Thomas Cruse (Katherine) of Dayton, Rick Cruse (Debbie) of Mt. Pleasant and Sue-Ellen Edmonds (James) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his close friends, Victoria Couchois of Piqua, Nancy Milligan of Monticello, Jessica Moser of Dayton and Kelly Hemm of Dayton.
