He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Bernard and Carol Bernard (Wagner); his sister Marilyn Nipper; and his significant other Thom Kusko. He is survived by : his siblings, Ken Bernard (Marsha), Cathy Knopp (John), Terry Bernard (Velma) and Greg Bernard (Karen Skelton); and his friend Lou Zsula. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
