Marty Chinn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marty Chinn (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Chinn (Goodpaster); his children, Kyrie Ross (April) and Rachel Goldie (Devin); his grandchildren, Lylah Ross, Zoey Lewis and Ruby Lewis; his sister Cherlyn Grove (David); his brothers-in-law, Larry Goodpaster and Bruce Goodpaster (Teresa); his stepmother Joyce Chinn; his nephews, Brandon Sanders (Krystal) and Shane Sanders (Victoria); his cousins, Eddie Thompson and Jamie Thompson; and his parents, Charles Chinn and Barbara Thompson-Chinn. He was also cherished by numerous extended family members and friends.
