She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth Snyder and Warren Ragar; her husband Mark Franks; her children, Jessica "Jaycee" Peterson (Travis) and Jeremy Spradlin; her grandchildren, Laila and Tucker Peterson; her siblings, Valerie Jeffers, Liberty Wells, Karen Jeffers, Vicki Asmus, Melissa Neff (Dwight), Nancy and Linda; and her nieces and nephews, Laurasen, Garrett, Katelyn and Ryan.
