She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Collins (Yvette), Helen Elizabeth Collins Hines and Charles Edward Collins, II (Pam); and her siblings, Pearl Bates (James), Lorainne Baker and Daily Smith. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
