She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Tartell and Josephine Tartell (Monell); her husband James C. Shultz, Jr.; her siblings, Louis Tartell (Helen), Elda Sharpe (Stanley), Eugene, Philip Tartell, Christina Arnett, Lorraine Meredith (Walt) and David Tartell (Delores); her nephews, Ronnie Griffin and Craig Sharpe; and her niece Lisa Arnett.
She is survived by: her sons, James Shultz and Gregory Shultz (Margie); her grandchildren, Gary Shultz, Lindsi Shultz, Laci Shultz and Heather Shultz; her great grandchildren, Bryan Gainer and Kyli Gainer; her great great grandchild Braxton Lockhart; and her sister-in-law Helena Tartell.
Memorial contributions may be made in Liz's name to St. Helen's Parish in her honor.
