She was predeceased by : her father Max Hayworth; her son James H. Omlor Jr.; and her son-in-law Tim Quinn. She is survived by : her husband Jim H. Omlor; her daughters, Terry Quinn and Jenny Burchfield (Doug); her daughter-in-law Carole Omlor; her grandchildren, Leo Quinn (Kristi), Ashley Sway (Hank), Douglas Burchfield (Elle), Madison Burchfield, Jill Bailey (Zachary) and Jackie Omlor; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Katie, Charley, Brent, Brady and Annelise. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
