We bid farewell to Mary L. Pregon (Dayton, Ohio), born in Germantown, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 17, 2025 at the age of 94. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Barkalow and Vera Barkalow; her brother Carl Barkalow; and her daughter Diane Pregon. She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith (Larry), Dave Pregon (Sandie Adams) and Steven Pregon. She is also survived by family, she leaves behind many other relatives and friends.
