She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Parker; her former husband Lawrence "Larry" Hall; her son Wardell Hall; her grandchildren, Kevin Valentine Jr., Tiffaney Hall and Mark Myles Jr.; her parents, Hollis Anderson and Rose Anderson Sr.; and her siblings, Ruthie Kinlow, Hollis Anderson Jr., Henry Anderson, Charles Anderson, Lamar Anderson, Fred Anderson, Roscoe Anderson and Pearlee Anderson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Hall-Hinesmon, Chantè Norvell and Tearah Dow-Hall; her stepdaughter JoAnne Parker; her siblings, Olivia Daniels Mosley, Herbert Anderson, Rev. Chad "Horace" Anderson, Doris McGlothen, Wayne Anderson, Robert Anderson, Catherine Bonner (Kevin) and Michael Anderson; and her close friend Julia Capers. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
