He is survived by: his mother Fredia Black; his brother Jeremy Collins; his stepfather Frank Black; his grandmother Hulene Tinch; his nephew Jayce Collins; and his aunts, Gail Tinch, Rhonda Tinch, Janice Miller (Ronnie) and Patricia England (Jerry).
