He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Horstman and Penny Horstman (Poeppelmeier); and his wife Crystal Horstman (Hanes). He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Brown Mothersole (Jake), Jordan Horstman (Levi) and Jessica Horstman; his grandchildren, Ivy Mae Mothersole, Joseph Mothersole and Anora Horstman; his sister Beth Morrisey (Tom); his nephew Zachary Zugelder; his niece Ashley Ripploh (Drew); his great-niece Lillian; and his friend Patrick Tuffey. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
