He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mingl and Kathryn Tichy; and his aunt Betty. He is survived by: his children, Lori Naughton and Mike Mingl (Sherry); his siblings, Kathy Wellbrock (Joe) and Verb Comer (Teresa); and his nephew Brian Inskeep (Amie). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
