He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Smith and Connie Smith; and his siblings, Bill Smith and Kathi McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Joanie; his sons, Steven (Tiffany) and Andy (Elizabeth); and his sisters, Connie Heffner and Jenny Baker. He is also survived by 11 brothers and sister's in-law, 30 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces and nephews, and 2 wonderful dogs.
