He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore H. Barlow and Cicily Barlow (Griffin); and his wife Katherine R. Barlow. He is survived by : his children, Tim Barlow (Cassie), John Barlow (Ann), Michael Barlow Jr., Peg Jula (Pete) and Matt Barlow (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jacob, Katherine, Emma, Thomas, Paul, Molly, Sam and Mira; and his siblings, Cicily Brogan (Bill), Jim (Sally Rudmann), Maureen Neff (Don) and Kevin (Kathleen). He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
