He was predeceased by: his parents, George Robert Puterbaugh and Irene Hines; and his family, Pat Thompson and Greg Puterbaugh. He is survived by: his family Ronald Puterbaugh (Judy) of Boise; his wife Patsy Chadwell Puterbaugh; his son Martin Aleksandr (Kara Anderson); and his granddaughter Linnea Skye Puterbaugh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
