He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Keough and Mary "Pat" Keough; his brother Peter Keough; and his in-laws, Joe, Tinera Saprano, Tony "Jeep" Saprano, Father Sam Saprano, Moose and Caroboo.
He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Leslie, Anthony (Julia Franz) and Gina (Kaitlin Simpson); his grandchildren, Enzo, Stella Moschini, Coco and Milla Keough; his siblings, Jean Olin and Patricia Okamoto (Steve); and his caregiver Dawn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baker Hazel & Snider Funeral Home (5555 Philadelphia Dr, Dayton, OH 45415). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Precious Blood Church (4961 Salem Ave, Dayton, OH 45416).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Delta Gama Omega Endowed Scholarship Fund (select from dropdown) at University of Dayton in honor of DGO brother Joseph "Zuke" Zuccala or the Ann Moore Szabo Scholarship Fund (add in notes section) at Chaminade Julienne.
