She was predeceased by: her parents, Willy Robert Smith and Julie Smith (Lamaster). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Banks; and her stepchildren, Bob Banks (Penny) and Sherry Shields (Mike). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Millie to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
