She was predeceased by: her adoptive mother Mary Etta (Everett Penn); and her parents, Everett Penn and Mary Etta Penn. She is survived by: her daughter Anita Kitchen (Brian); her grandchildren, Chad Barner and Jemma Frazier; her niece Patti Lynch (Chris); her great-nieces, Deanne Kirkpatrick (Cody), Sarah Davis (Ryan) and Amanda Early (Robert); her grandson Logan Brooks; her pets, Zeke, Gabby, Misty Mae and Chase; her caregiver April Rowland; Cole Kirkpatrick, Tyler Davis, Jackson Early, Dalton Early, Weston Early, Camryn Davis and Parker Davis.
