She was predeceased by: her parents, Melrose Hazelwood and Lucile Hazelwood (Jennings); her significant other Robert Reynolds (Bob); and her siblings, Hilton, Meredith Hazelwood and Pansy Shorland (Tootsie).
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Deppen (Matt), Pat Reynolds (Polly), Kelly LaDue (Chris) and Tracy Hammond (Mark Bishop); her siblings, Janice Perry and Ken; and her sisters-in-law, Dianne Hazelwood and Kathryn Hazelwood. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
