She was predeceased by: her husband Norman K. Ensley; and her daughter Julie A. Young. She is survived by: her daughter Anna M. Crowell; her grandchildren, Michelle Bratton (Jordan), Eric L. Crowell Jr. (Amanda), Ashley E. Hartman (Johnny), Amanda Farris (Drew), Alexandria K. Chapman (Trifon), Olivia Parker (Branden) and Robert K. Crowell (Cait); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Caitlynn, Isla, Brynn, Brayden, Hunter, Luke, Harper, Piper, Jaxon, Shannon, Callahan and River; and her sisters, Cindy and Donna. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home & Crematory (5555 Philadelphia Dr, Dayton, OH 45415).
