She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Adkins and Mildred Adkins (Tincher). She is survived by: her husband Richard Sullivan; and her children, Cathy Palcic (Mike), Chris McClain (Misty) and Jason Sullivan. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
