She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Blair and Betty Blair; and her siblings, Norma Shook, Nancy Townsend and John Hicks.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Townsend; her children, James Blair, David Townsend and Jennifer Townsend; and her grandchildren, Jackson Townsend and Megan Hungling. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
