She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd and Gertrude; her husband David Lee Parrish; her siblings, Barb Smith, Robert and Floyd Fiste; and her brother-in-law Marvin Fowler.

She is survived by: her children, Shawn Owens (Cari), Laurie White and David Owens (Shelia); and her sisters, Sharon Fowler and Sandy Hobbs (Johnny). She is also survived by many extended family and close friends.
