She was predeceased by: her sons, Rick and Randy Powers; her husband Alvin Powers; and her parents, Mary D. Lawson Lawson and Fayette Lawson of Phoenix, Arizona..
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Schreiber (Dean) of New Lebanon and Ranjani Powers (Riley) of Dayton, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Vickie Powers of New Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Melisha Marshall (Mike), Ryan Powers, New Lebanon, Kyler Carlile (Cassee), Regan Grapes (Sean), Remmy Powers and Reanna. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
