Stone; her brother William Grant Fountaine; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Elaine Owings (Battle), Sharon Virginia Battle (Peyton), Gladys Fountaine, Patricia Fountaine and Charles Leon Battle; her nephew Edward Louis Battle; her niece Leila Scandrick (Nickerson); her son Joseph Thomas Battle Jr. (Carla); her grandchildren, Joseph Thomas Battle III (Imani), Michael Edward Battle (Tiffany), Kimberly (Craig) and DaShae Rauwolf (Battle); her great grandchildren, Damion, Khiaya, Jaxon Rauwolf, Kaden Battle, Skylar Battle, Isabella Battle, Naomi Battle and Mazi Daniels; her siblings, Otis Jr., Alfred Henry, Steven Louis and Doris D. Fountaine; and her brother-in-law Michael Louis Stone (Battle). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
