She was predeceased by: her father Charles Doudican; and her daughter Amy. She is survived by: her husband Dan; her children, Dr. Patrick Neer and Monya Bryant; her son-in-law Richard Bryant; her grandchildren, Mandy Penwell and Aaron Lamb; and her great grandchild Emma Penwell.

The family encourages donations made in lieu of flowers in Honor of Patricia Neer to Fayette Hospice, 222 N. Oakland Avenue, Washington Court House, Ohio 43160.
