She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Willen and Louise Willen; her former husband Charles Lowman; her husband Jack Bicknell; and her sisters, Emma Lou Moberly and Betty Kopf.
She is survived by: her brother Charles Jerry Willen (Judy); her children, Kathy Martin (Jim) and Gregg Lowman (Linda); her stepdaughter Terri Andrus (Chuck); her grandson Jason Snider; and her great grandchild Cory McPherson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Christian Center (4184 E Patterson Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45430). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
