He was predeceased by: his children, Paula Perkins (Bryan) and Ryan Adams (Marla); his grandchildren, Brody, Anna Perkins, Kayla Moore, Nicole, Andrew, Josiah Adams, Matthew and Marysa Duncan; his parents, Orville and Nancy; his siblings, Donald, J. B. and Margie; Rosie Adams (Gose).
He is survived by: his brother Dale. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, special friends, and neighbors.
