He is survived by: his wife Danielle "Baby Girl" Holcomb; his sons, Bryce and Collin; his brother John Smith; his niece Lillian Smith; his cousins, Sam Galloway, Stacey Morris and Dylan Leiter; and his pets, Luna, Loki and Rowdy. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made in P.J.'s honor to the Kidney Foundation.
