She is survived by: her husband Thomas Cupp; her children, Nicole Breezely (Brian), Michael Jividen (Laci), Matthew Jividen, Aaron Cupp, Emily Cupp and Mazie Cupp; her grandchildren, Isabel, Christian, Sebastian, Elijah, Penelope, Anika, Gabriel, Brayden and Reese; and her siblings, Ginger Berg (Thomas) and David Annis (Debe). She is also survived by other loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
