She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Daugherty and Ethelene Daugherty; and her siblings, Carole Hayes, Sue Secrist, Brenda Daugherty, Tommy Daugherty, Bill Daugherty and Randall Daugherty.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Smith; her daughter Darlene Long; her grandchildren, Christopher Cornelius (Lela), Nicole Fiore (Blake) and Michelle Park (John); and her brother Jack Daugherty. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
