He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Rae Adams; and his daughter Melissa Olson (Adams). He is survived by: his son Chad M Adams of Miamisburg, Ohio; his sister Linda Adams of Kettering; his son-in-law Chad Olson of Kentucky; his granddaughter Meagan Hollis of Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Melissa Hollis and Jackson Hollis.
