He is survived by: his wife Lynda Tolliver; his children, Nicole and Bryan Weaver; his grandchildren, Kevin Boyd, Tyler Williams, Sha'Lynn Weaver, Joe'Vaughn Allen, Kingston Crutcher-Weaver, Nia Weaver and Ryann Weaver; his extended family, Herbert Scott, Cheryl Lewis and Gail Harris; his goddaughters, Donna McGhee, Brandy Bolds and Tina Diggs; his friends, Jesse Williams, Charles Marshall, Rufus Watts and Julius Lang; JoAnne Williams, Mae Conley, Linda Copeland, Rev. Leroy, Shawana Anthony, Tameka Bates, Donovan, Jill Cole, Chris, Liz Yarger, Brandon and Aminah Smith. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
