It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ray Phelps in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Ray Phelps to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Dean and Ruby Carter; and her husband Jerry Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Michael Phelps (Nichole Scoggins), Jerry Phelps (Bonnie), Rosemary Petty (William) and Annette Baker. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
