He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aniya, Markel, Faith, Courtney II, Jamarion and Za'Mir; his wife Gwyn Moody-McKinney; his children, Marquetta McKinney, Maria Mitchell (Courtney Sr.) and Marcia McKinney; his brothers, Destry McKinney, William McKinney II (Monique), Greg Landers (Jacqueline) and Carlos McElrath; and his siblings' children, Takesha Perry, Destry "Quinn" Perry (Melissa), Issac Clay, De'Andre McKinney, Daina McKinney, Tameka Perry, Kajeza Hawkins, Kyell McKinney, Komarye McKinney, Sasha Landers, Devonne Landers, Jasmine McKinney, Jarious Townsend and Johntis Townsend.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
