She was predeceased by: her sister Deana; and her father Donald Bradam. She is survived by: her children, Damien, Hayley Letner, Alexandria Hall and Mariah Haack; her stepmother Rebecca Bradam; her godchild Melke; and her friends, Mikki Plantz, Tammy Miller, Shawn Elson and David Marks. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the funeral home towards funeral expenses.
