It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rae Ann Brooks (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Agnes Klein; her parents, Flora Erisman (Klein) and Raymond Erisman Jr.; and her sister Agnes Lorene Doughty. She is survived by: her husband Robert Brooks; her sister Berta Huse; her parents-in-law, Clyde Doughty (Martha), Teresa Brooks, Steve Brooks (Mary Jo) and Dan Brooks (Cindy); her sibling's children, Brian Doughty (Julia), Kevin Huse, Steven Brooks, Cheryl Colton (Paul), Renee Steinke (John) and Ashley Novak (Todd); her great-nephew Travis Colton; her great-nieces, Morgan Colton, Samantha Doughty and Reagan Doughty; and her friends, Pam Liebhard and Cindy (Diller).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to: Humane Society of Greater Dayton or SICSA (Society to Improve Conditions of Stray Animals).
